Your stay is at 1251 S Millcreek Dr, Moab, UT 84532. Check-in instructions and your unique door code will be sent about an hour before your scheduled check-in time. You can check in anytime after 3:00 PM. Inside the cabin, a laminated orange welcome sheet on the table provides important details, including Wi-Fi information.
Check-out time at Edge of the Desert is 11:00 AM, but if you’d like to enjoy a little more time in the desert, we offer a 20% discount for extended stays or late check-outs—just let us know in advance, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you. Before you leave, we kindly ask that you place all used linens in the laundry hamper located in the hallway or bedroom closet, wash any dishes you’ve used, switch off all lights and fans, and ensure the door is securely closed behind you. If you notice anything that needs attention or replacing, please let us know—your feedback helps us make every stay perfect.

We have designated pet-friendly cabins, carefully equipped to ensure your pets’ comfort. Just let us know when booking.
We love welcoming pets at Edge of the Desert! Guests may bring up to two furry friends with prior approval. To help us keep the property in great shape for everyone, there’s a small, non-refundable pet fee of $50 per pet, plus a refundable $250 deposit per pet. We simply ask that you supervise your pets at all times, clean up after them promptly (a $50 fee applies if extra cleaning is needed), and make sure they’re well-behaved and considerate of neighbors. Any accidental damage beyond the deposit amount will be the guest’s responsibility. For everyone’s peace of mind, we also require renters’ insurance that includes pet liability coverage. By bringing your pets along, you agree to help us maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for all our guests. Failure to follow these guidelines may result in additional fees or, in rare cases, ending your stay early.

At Edge of the Desert, we offer a 100% refund for cancellations made at least 30 days prior to check-in. Unfortunately, cancellations made within 30 days of the check-in date are not eligible for a refund. If you prefer to reschedule instead of canceling, we’re happy to help—just reach out to us and we’ll do our best to accommodate your new dates, based on availability.
