I stayed in Sunset Mesa Cabin #21 and it was lovely! The cabin itself was spacious, modern, and clean. The bed in the main floor bedroom was amazingly comfortable too! The fenced in yard and front porch were fantastic as it allowed my dog to get fresh air and I could relax on the porch chair and enjoy the sunsets. It was also great to have a space to eat outside. And the high privacy fencing around the cabin and parking area was nice. I would definitely stay here again and recommend others to stay as well!

This Airbnb is in very close proximity to Arches and Canyonlands which is what we were there for! Location, location, location. I would 100% stay there again but it just needs a little bit more of a deep cleaning to be top tier.

Fun ‘tiny home’ with loft. The loft is enough to sleep and that’s about it. May be fun for younger kids. Bedroom and bathroom are good size. Full Kitchen and counter top space is great. Nice cozy feeling highly recommend.

Choosing to stay here was the best choice I could have made! It was close enough to the parks and Main Street but felt far enough away to get a peaceful night sleep after being out all day. Everything was spotless and the house was easy to find. The cookies waiting for us on arrival was a sweet touch. I can’t recommend Josh and the property enough.

I am trying out tiny homes... thinking about the future. This tiny home is well laid out. There is plenty of storage, a good-sized bathroom, and a very workable kitchen. There is a nice size porch, plus a yard with a barbecue, and storage for equipment. Oh... and the cookies they provided on check-in were so good!

Heater was very loud and blew super strong on one side of bed
Bed was ok, but bedding/pillow/mattress wasn’t great.
Things to note:
Register in bedroom connects to upstairs loft so no sound privacy that way.
Loft is very low. Can’t really get luggage up there or get dressed there easily. Our kid hit their head several times.
No dishwasher, you rely on the previous guests to wash the dishes. I had coffee drips on mug and food stuck on bowls.
Cookware provided was worn.

Wasn’t a bad stay but wasn’t great. We thought the place seemed kinda dirty, there was dust and cob webs hanging around the windows, light fixtures and loft, killed a couple spiders. Place looks like it needs some tlc. We couldn’t get the front window to close and lock all the way which was a little worry some not knowing the area. The unit is right off a very busy road, its noisy and if you sleep in the loft the car lights flash you going both directions. Both mattresses were not comfortable, feel well used. Closeish to down town, about a 7 minute drive to all the restaurants and shops which was nice! A good bang for your Buck.

This tiny house was perfect for us! The property is quite private, peaceful and squeaky clean. We enjoyed relaxing on the front porch. Overall, we felt very much at home. We loved that we were just 15 minutes from Arches National Park and just outside of downtown Moab with lots of restaurants and shopping.

Great home away from home feel close to all the action in Moab!! The owners thought of everything one might need to stay and be comfortable. The place was really clean. They had a book with restaurants and their menus and also events in the area. The sweetest part was the homemade cookies that were left to welcome us!

We loved our stay here! It was the perfect size for me and my two friends! We felt very safe and comfortable the entire time we were there.
