This was our first time staying in a tiny home, and WOW was this place so cute! It was clean, large enough for 2 of us and our dog, and it was quiet! This home is well equipped, the bathroom and living areas were larger than we expected, and the bed was comfortable. We can’t say enough good things about this tiny home and will definitely stay there again if we ever come through the area again!

My wife and I stayed at Skyler’s place for a couple nights with our dog during a cross country roadtrip. The place was comfortable and perfect for what we needed. It served as the perfect jumping off point for the many parks and hikes in the area. Would recommend!

I loved the fenced yard and porch! It was very nice to have a nice place for my dog. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cookware. Parking was easy. There were clear instructions about the air conditioner and tv remotes. I don’t have any suggestions and really enjoyed the stay. Thank you.

We really enjoyed our last-minute trip to Moab! This rental is exactly what we were looking for: an affordable place to sleep that fit our family of 3 plus two dogs. We just needed a home base after a day of exploring!
Our toddler made herself right at home and loved the loft area. The outdoor space included a grill and picnic table, which made for a great bbq dinner, and was great for the dogs. The front deck, yard and bedroom was nice for us to hang out once our daughter went to sleep.
The location is convenient only if you want to drive or bike to town. This worked for us because we were with our daughter, but had it just been my husband and I we would’ve stayed closer to the main drag. If you’re looking to walk to restaurants or shops, this is probably not the place for you. The street could be a bit noisy but only until about 9/10pm, so it didn’t bother us much.

This was one of the best airBnb’s we’ve ever stayed in. We travel to Moab quite a bit - often opting for a hotel because our kids love the pool! As long as we’re not camping, we we never stay anywhere other than one of these tiny homes! Honestly, this was one our best stays anywhere. We didn’t get to spend a lot of time here - we just need a spot the night sort through some climbing gear before an early morning adventure, but this place was perfect. The layout of the home was spectacular, it felt massive for being a tiny home! Only downside is I can’t stop thinking about the delicious cookies that were waiting for us on check in.

Fantastic, quiet spot. The house was just as described. And unlike other tiny home setups in Moab, this is fully fenced in for privacy. Made it really easy for us to leave our mountain bikes secured in the yard while we went into town. Would stay again!

This space is so proximal to restaurants, gas stations and most importantly, Arches and Canyonland National Parks. It really is the perfect jumping off point for some adventuring, sightseeing or whatever Moab piques your interest to do.
This is my second time booking this space and I look forward to future stays!

Pros: Plenty of sleeping space, very very comfortable pillow top mattresses, three TVs and satellite, easy to contact host, cookies for guests, plenty of pillows, and water in shower gets hot fast and there's plenty!
Cons: Carpet is old and you can feel the tack strips, so we had to step carefully and avoid being barefoot, it was really sharp. There are no blinds in the upper front window, so from outside, you can see straight into the loft bedroom. Also no sugar or creamer for coffee, so bring your own.

We had a great time! The place was in a great location right off of the main street so it was comfortable and quiet. The home was a perfect resting spot after long days of hikes and hot weather in Moab! We would definitely stay again.
