Great place to stay!
Positive: Great little place to stay. It had plenty of privacy. It was very close to town and all activities. The beds were super comfortable. Just a really cute tiny house in a great location.
Negative: Wood or silicone utensils for cooking. The pans are non-stick. Seasoning! There was a little salt, pepper and cooking oil.
Heat did not heat up the house very much at night.

Great place for a shorter stay to explore Moab and the surrounding nature. Skyler provided food and activity recommendations and the place was well appointed for a "tiny home". As a 6'2" person, only the upper half height bedroom felt cramped.

The cabin was spotless, cozy, and every bit as first-rate as last year.

The place wasn’t very clean, very dusty, and honestly run down. Furniture was barely holding together. Toilet seat wasn’t even well attached to the toilet. Could use some upkeep. Communication was decent when issues arose. Can’t say it was worth the cost, definitely too expensive for what it was.

This is our second time in one of their tiny homes and both times have been great. The tiny homes are cozy but spacious and help you to feel like you're in a home away from home. Will absolutely stay with them again.

We had the best time! They were extremely accommodating! The place was great for our dogs to have space to run around outside and still be safe in the fenced in area. The beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed for our weekend vacation to Moab.

This tiny home was beautiful inside! A huge drawback was that it was on a very busy street that seemed to be used as a Throughfare. There were a lot of very large industrial trucks that went by in addition to OHVs and trucks pulling Cargo trailers. A trash truck came very early at 5 AM emptying out the industrial complex across the street. Unfortunately the front porch is what faced this street.
We found the bed in the master bedroom to be uncomfortable.
We did a lot of cooking and there were plenty of pots, pans and utensils.
There was a great fence that enclosed the entire tiny home so we were able to lock our bikes up. And there is a small shed.
There was a picnic table, but no shade area except the front porch.

Stayed in this terrific tiny house for nearly two weeks on a work trip to Moab. Perfectly situated and fitted out for my needs. Place was clean, tidy and had all the amenities listed. Communication with hosts was great. Would happily stay again.

Really nice! We had a short visit, but it was convenient/easy, as described, a peaceful place to spend a night! I would love to come back again, perhaps next time with a few more friends to stay in both of the sleeping quarters!

Awesome place to stay and great hosts. Accurate description with convenient laundromat right next door to the place. The house was very clean, close to downtown restaurants/shops, and had a handy guide to local restaurants inside. The hosts even left homemade cookies for us upon arrival.
Perfect place to stay when exploring Moab, the Arches, and Canyonlands.

Loved the place, it was a needed respite from my busy life. Internet worked great and the space was mostly clean, just had some issues with netflix. But overall, I loved the stay and the bed was so comfy.

Loved staying at this place! Close to restaurants, stores, and NPs. Yummy cookies upon entering this clean airbnb. Easy instructions and directions. This is my second time staying in one of Joshua’s locations. Probably won’t be the last!

This apartment is really spacious and clean, and the hosts were super friendly when we met them. The facilities are in great shape; the high-quality kitchen and washer/drier were especially appreciated (we stayed here after 4 days of camping/hiking, we needed it). The beds are comfy, the rooms are private, and the living space/TV room is well-appointed! Would absolutely stay here again!
