Skylar was extremely accommodating, meeting our changing arrival and departure dates, communicated in a timely fashion and, all this, made us feel right at home.
The place itself was charming and perfect for my daughter and me. The fact that there was a laundromat on the premises just added to our comfort and appreciation. It was roomy and provided us affordable privacy.
Moab is a magical place and we were happy we found the perfect place to stay while we experienced it.

We had a nice stay in this tiny home.
Peaceful, quiet, close to the national parks, and their downtown. Skyler was a terrific host who helped us with any questions and came to the rescue immediately with a replacement when the blender wasn’t working.

Clean and nice place. We got moved locations before staying which was okay, but hot water was turned off at new location and had to go to separate building for hot showers. No word from the host about not having hot water other than we could go to separate building to shower. Not a big deal, stuff happens. Although the power was turned off to water heater so there was a issue before us so definitely should have been addressed. Had everything gone smoothly it was worth the money, but not our case unfortunately.

Very cute little home near the edge of Moab. Great for smaller families. Bathroom and kitchen were spotless and had everything needed. Close to Arches and Canyonlands and many restaurants in town.

This tiny home was absolutely perfect for my time in Moab. The beds were comfy, kitchen well-stocked - but my favorite was relaxing on the porch after a day of exploring! Skylar and his team were also very responsive and accommodating - Highly recommend.

If anyone ask for Moab recommendations I will first suggest staying in Joshua’s Airbnb! Great location close to town, really cozy, fully stocked kitchen, homemade cookies (what a touch), great communication. Thank you for an amazing Moab experience!

I stayed a week and was able to cook easily as kitchen well stocked with cookware. There's a Dollar Tree store nearby to buy containers for leftovers. Salt, pepper and cooking oil provided. Water gets really hot and there's good shower pressure. Plenty of TV channels, Netflix and such. I would have liked the volume to go a bit higher on the TV in front room as it was hard for me to hear it if the heat was blowing. But I'm a touch hard of hearing. I didn't find road noise to be bothersome. Yes, you can hear it, but it's in the background. Bed downstairs has a memory foam topper so I slept well. Bring your own bed pillows if you are particular about that. I use a stuff sack and bring 2 with me wherever I go. Everything was clean. I was traveling solo and felt quite safe in the area. Super easy to get to everything. Grocery store a mere 5 minutes or so. You will have to drive through Moab to get to Arches but that doesn't really take much time. Overall, it was a great place to stay!

This place is compact but really nice. Everything worked and the WiFi was excellent. The local King-Sooper's (Kroger) grocery store is just a few minutes drive away. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom shower was excellent. The TV (including the DirecTV) worked very well. The kitchen is exceptionally well equipped and there was a Weber charcoal kettle barbeque (with fuel etc provided) although we didn't use it ourselves. We liked this place. It completely met our expectations.
