The perfect place to stay for our vacation to Moab. Clean and quiet and it had everything we needed. It was very comfortable. Very responsive to our questions.

We loved this tiny home! It was cozy, quiet, and in a good location. It had a full kitchen, spacious living room, and private fenced big yard. Perfect for a weekend getaway for a couple!

We loved staying in your little cabin! It was just perfect for my husband and I. We enjoyed coming back from our Moab adventures to a nice, clean and relaxing place. It had everything we needed.

This place was perfect for me and my daughter for our first annual girls weekend. It was close to everything, easy to find, and had the necessities. So much more comfortable than a hotel. It was great!

An easy check-in to a spotlessly clean well equipped home. It is a small space but clutter-free and furniture is to scale which leaves plenty of room for all the extra baggage when traveling. The street is a bit noisy but the front fence provides a lovely buffer to be able to enjoy the front porch in the beautiful evenings. Very enjoyable stay!

Joshua n Sharon were totally awesome to work with ! Loved the place and location. Easy to get to all off-roading activities within minutes as well as parks. The place was very clean, easy to get to, well kept. It is excellent! We loved This place, great for a couple. AC n Heating work excellent! Big screen tvs throughout the house. Has all the amenities you’d want/ need. Really loved this place !

Check in was smooth and the place was clean. Welcoming cookies were a nice touch. Loved having the fenced in yard.

Great place to stay, loved the macadamia chocolate cookies left for us. This was a good amount of space for 2 people, and it was nice to have the laundry available (separate building). About a 5 minute drive to main street. Really could not have been happier altogether.

The property overall matched the description and is in a convenient location, though it’s close to a road, so expect some noise. Additionally, the AC system was quite loud, which might be an issue for light sleepers. The price felt fair for the area, but we encountered a significant issue upon arrival: the bedding was not freshly cleaned, full of stains and, given our late check-in, we had no option but to sleep on it. To the host's credit, they promptly replaced the linens the next morning when I requested it. While there’s no washer/dryer in the unit, there’s a public laundromat about 200 feet away, which is helpful but less convenient than having in-unit facilities. Overall, I appreciate the host's responsiveness, but I wouldn’t choose to stay here again.

This was a perfect location to enjoy Moab, Arches, Canyonlands, and the petrified sand dunes. We would highly recommend staying here!

Wonderful place, wonderful hosts, and a great place to stay! We stayed in number 23 and it was very Clean… Very private… it has everything.

I've stayed here on two separate occasions and enjoyed both stays. The location is just a few minutes from downtown Moab. The area is quite and the tiny homes are great. They are very clean and have all the amenities needed. I would recommend these homes.
