Staying here was exactly what I was hoping for and expected. It was perfect for a get away and I enjoyed it a lot. It was also located in a great location. Honestly, we just needed to take a shower after a couple days of camping. The tiny home was perfect...clean, comfortable, and had conveniences like toiletries and cofee. Close to town. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to family and friends.

This tiny home felt a bit more like a camper than a “tiny home.” Hosts were very quick and responsive, pleasant to deal with and the location is very close to the parks. The hosts went out of their way to make our stay comfortable!

This tiny home lot is perfect for any group not wanting to pay a lot for a hotel or fight to find a good camping spot. The entire home was spotless and air conditioned when my family arrived. The welcome card and food / things to do guides were a wonderful touch. I'll definitely be keeping this place in mind for my Moab trip next year.

Good location. Not far from Arches (20 mins drive) and Canyonland (1 hour). Check-in is easy and Joshua made sure everything is smooth. Laundry is not in the unit but available at the property for fees. Overall great experience. 5/5 host.

The location was perfect. You’re literally 1 street away from downtown Moab and all the happenings yet tucked away in your own little area. Loved the patio as I spent an entire day out there resting after my 3 day backpacking trip in Canyonlands. DirecTV was a big bonus so I didn’t have to sign into any of my own accounts. Highly recommend!

We stayed as a couple at Joshua's tiny home community for two nights as a base camp for arches national Park and surrounding activities. We found everything we needed for a comfortable stay and the home backed cookies were such a lovely touch.

We enjoyed staying here for the most part. We were welcomed with fresh cookies, and they were delicious. The house was clean, and the neighborhood was a neat concept. I wish there was something for kids to do while at the house.
I’m sorry to say that I wish the bed was higher quality. We had a queen bed that was not comfortable. The pillows were terrible, and the mattress was not very good quality. While everything else was nice, this u fortunately is the deal breaker for me and my wife.
I wish I had realized there wasn’t a dishwasher. I would’ve brought paper plates if I had realized this. I just assumed, and never checked the listing. This doesn’t break the deal, but it makes things difficult. The sink doesn’t have a garbage disposal, so washing dishes isn’t very convenient.
Nice place, just now quite up to our hopes.

Our stay was well worth the drive , close to Arches National Park and Canyonlands . The weather was nothing like Cali but I can definitely say it was worth it especially this tiny home that Joshua provided to us , they make you fell at home , easy check in , hot water , heater all worked well . Kitchen essentials are provided to a minimum but it s all you really need to cook and the beds are so comfy for the exception on the sofa couch . We will definitely be back in spring .

The location was just far enough out of town to be peaceful and quiet at night. The tiny home was the perfect size for a 2 night stay. It was super clean and comfortable. The air conditioner was set at the perfect temperature to come inside to after being in 90 some degree weather. There was plenty of parking to fit my boyfriend’s truck, trailer, and my jeep. I would stay here again in the future.

This tiny home was the perfect spot and perfect size for our girls trip. This is located in a tiny home “community” but is very peaceful and quiet. The homes all have their own decks and fenced in outdoor area so it feels very private. The host was very helpful and even left a “goodie” inside for us upon check-in. The home had everything we needed for a great stay! Loved our stay in Moab!

This was a beautiful, a BEAUTIFUL space. As soon as we walked in, we felt RIGHT at home. It was just the two of us but it would definitely work for more than 2 guests. We didn’t want to leave!!! There was enough space for us to relax separately and not be in each others breathing space haha. This was an amazing stay and we will DEFINITELY be coming back to Moab, and (I don’t say this often) but we will definitely be hoping to book here when we do return!
