Loved the porch and rockers.

It had everything I needed. Very clean. Bed was very comfortable. Close to town and trails.

House was perfect but very dirty Positive: We booked an 8 night stay. Location, the house was perfect for us. Kitchen was full equipped, house was the same as the pictures Negative: Not clean at all. At first glance, things looked okay, but within half an hour, my white socks had turned black. The dish rack was disgusting—covered in hair, slime, and dust. The bed had hairs on it. The dishes were dirty. Coffee machine was dirty. The air conditioning unit had filthy spots on it. The washing machines were full of dust and hair. The fan and blinds were also coated in dust. The bathroom ventilation clearly hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. When we complained about the dirtiness, the cleaning lady confirmed they were having staffing issues. We ended up buying our own mop and cleaning supplies. They didn’t offer to clean the place, so we did it ourselves. We didn’t complain immediately, and because of that delay, the owners acted as if the situation was our fault. We reported the issue to Booking.com, but the owners never apologized, offered a solution, or provided any refund. Instead, they offered us a 25% discount if we returned. No resolution from the owners—very poor service. We wouldn’t stay there again. Thankfully, Booking.com gave us a small refund. The staff was very kind and tried to help. I’m not sure if I’m able to post pictures but I have a lot and pictures don’t lie.

Perfection is all I can say. Positive: It was the best place we stayed on our 12 day vacation. Great price for so much room. If we ever go to Moab again, this is where we will stay.

A great basecamp for a Moab adventure! Trails and activities are close. Downtown is close. Plenty of parking.

Perfect for our vacation to Moab. Everything we needed! Everything worked like it was supposed to and we had no trouble at all. The cookies were a nice treat. We did wash laundry one day with no issues. Perfect retreat!

Great place and helpful host

Great place to stay at a reasonable price. Joshua’s place was very clean and communication & instructions were very clear. Good location & very close to Downtown Moab. We would stay there again.

This tiny home convinced me I have to have one of my own! The place was beautiful, renters were SO friendly and welcoming and it was so clean and homey. Will definitely be back

Highly recommend! Great space & felt much bigger than a tiny house. Lots of cabinets in every room. Well stocked kitchen. Quiet location & surrounded by other tiny houses. Although we had a timed entry into the park, we went early as there’s no timed entry needed before 6:30am. Enjoyed walking around downtown. Had a great dinner at Gloria’s one night and at Fiesta Mexicana another night.
