This home was a perfect alternative to staying in a hotel in Moab. It was quiet, in a private neighborhood, and off the main street. There is the perfect amount of living space to lounge inside if you need a rest day or two between adventures.

Very nice little house
Positive: The sheets weren’t cotton 100% and the loft space was a bit too low, we had no spoons and the fire alarm goes off if you fry stuff on stove , air conditioner above the bed ain’t a good idea
Negative: Very nice location, very cool little house, nice swinging chairs on the porch, clean, nice you can park right in front of it

What a perfect tiny home to settle into while visiting Canyonlands and Arches. Kitchen has everything you need, even a pizza pan! Shower was good and bed was so comfy. Nice gliders on the porch too - great for morning coffee or relaxing in evening. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Stayed here 3 nights while visiting Arches and Canyonland. Great location to stay at if you are doing the same. Rows of tidy little cottages - very quiet. Although not walkable to town, the drive is only a few minutes. Ate at Dewey's twice - good portions and fast service! We enjoyed having a little porch to have a beverage at the end of the day!

Josh’s place was perfect for our family. The loft is good for the kids. In a quiet neighborhood close to restaurants and shops. Arches is only 15 minutes away. Very clean and comfortable place to stay. Will definitely be back!

perfect home, beautiful surroundings, and extremely comfortable. I highly recommend this place. I thought it was going to be too small and it was PERFECT for 4 adults to comfortably sleep, with the availability to sleep 2 additional Adults. I'm definitely going to return.
