Positive: So quaint. Clean. Lovely.
Negative: Had trouble reaching staff with issues. Bathroom sink was plugged. We washed faces and brushed teeth in kitchen sink. Minor inconvenience. Would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Perfect location, clean, full amenities, great place for a vacation!
Positive: Location was great! Quiet area, and only about 15 minutes from Arches National Park. Full amenities, to include linens, towels, toiletries, full kitchen with fridge, stove/oven, microwave, and coffee maker, dish soap, etc. Nice outdoor seating area, easy to access the cabin by a keypad for easy entry.
Negative: Nothing, it was fantastic!

This site exceeded my expectations! The ample parking, easy turnaround, great location. The unit we stayed in the bed was comfy the air conditioning was refreshing and everything was very clean. Definitely going to stay here again. It would be fun to come as a group because the units are private but great as a community. When we come back that’s what we will be doing

We arrived very late at night after a long 13 hr drive from Montana and we were very relieved to easily find, enter and even enjoy a lovely welcome snack left by the hosts. (: The kitchen and bathroom was decently stocked with some essentials. No real complaints about this place, the arm of the couch was busted that’s it. I would totally come back. I really appreciated the heads up about the Arches NP timed tickets as I have visited in late fall in the past and never needed them so I had no idea so they saved us on that! (:

Apple Maps had a hard time finding the location, but it got us to within 1/4 mile. Just keep going down Millcreek road and take a very slight left. It’s right down that road. Place was great, we enjoyed sitting on the front porch. Everything was great. Moab is a fun town, wish we had ATV’s.

Absolutely loved our stay at this tiny home in Moab! It was the perfect retreat after our days in Arches and Canyonlands. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the kitchen was well-equipped and the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable. The porch and the outdoor seating area were a bonus. The location is quiet yet close to everything in town. Joshua and family were amazing -- even accepting and delivering a package we sent ahead of our arrival. Highly recommend this gem!

This place was perfect!! Tucked at the edge of town, serene views, and the coziest tiny house- and it didn't feel tiny at all. Host was extremely friendly, and the whole area couldn't have been more relaxing. 10 out of 10!

The tiny home had everything we needed to enjoy our stay, it was clean, well maintained, and stocked with everything we needed. Check-in/out instructions were clear and easy, the power for all of Moab went out during our stay and Joshua and his wife came to check on everyone staying at the property to see if there was anything we needed which was nice.
