Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We loved the mini home and found it cozy and modern and located close to town and right down the street from some of the local off-road trails. We’ll plan on coming back again next year!

This tiny house provided everything we needed, it was convenient and relatively clean (we had to clean the coffee maker and silverware drawer. ) We travel with our own pillows and blankets and the bed was super comfortable. The chairs in the porch were also very comfortable and we enjoyed sitting outside. Having the laundry mat on the property was a convenience we appreciated. The neighborhood isn’t very attractive but it was easy to find. Thank you!

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, wir haben uns besonders über die Terrasse gefreut. Die NTLParks Arches und Canyonland sind gut zu erreichen.

starting with the reservation all the way through check out Skyler was so responsive with every detail. The home is well designed and very efficient. It was larger than we expected . Clean and had everything you needed
Well stocked kitchen and we really appreciated all the bathroom items such as shampoo conditioner soap lotion ect. We were so impressed having trash bags paper towels dishsoap

Loved this tiny but updated house. The little neighborhood is sweet. Enjoyed the front porch, comfy bed, lots of kitchen appliances like a regular coffee pot (not a keurig), toaster, blender, etc. Small but perfect for 2-3 people. We did not do much in the area as we were in town for a wedding and had family commitments but Moab is easy to get around. Nice towels and sheets. Upstairs loft has very low ceilings and steep stairs for older guests. FYI.
Would definitely return. Great communication by Skylar.

These are little park model cottages. It's a smaller kitchen and basic, but a pretty good value. This is our second time staying and we definitely would return. Beds are basic but comfortable enough, no complaints! The property is pretty quiet, especially if you get one of the second row units off the road. There are a lot of offroaders in Moab, no shade for them but the vehicles are loud. The road doesn't get a ton of traffic but it get's enough. Theres a little river walk nearby, several blocks away with a waterfall. Very pretty for something that close and local look it up on alltrails.

These tiny homes are in a great location for experiencing almost has to offer; and it’s quiet clean well set up and has a laundry facility to use. Awesome! Highly recommend this location for a fun stay yet quiet so you can rest up for more fun!

This place was perfect for my husband and me as we began our National Park journey. It was quiet, cool, and comfortable after a day of adventuring. We will definitely choose this place again when we come back.

The cookies on the table were a nice touch. The kitchen was functional but very limited with things to prepare food. The frying pan was beyond used and the nonstick coating was falling off. It needs to be replaced. It would be nice to provide tokens for doing the laundry. It would be a very minor cost but it would show you are "caring" about your guests.

a very cute cabin! comfortable for 3 of us. unfortunately we were only passing through ao we o ly stayed one night. We had delicious fresh cookies waiting for us which was such a wonderful treat and a surprise. clean space, easy parking.
only thing to note, the bedroom ceilings are very low. downstairs the ceiling is more reasonable for moderate height people. I'm only 4-11 it was more than ample for me. but the loft is literally 4 foot high ceilings or less, not sure. But, I'm not exaggerating, you have to crawl to the bed. you can't bring bags and change up there simce you cant stand up. which really, was no big deal for us. We're chill. We left our bags downstairs and just changed in the bathroom. I didn't mind this but if someone has bad knees or shoulder and can't literally crawl, you may not want the loft bedroom. Besides that, it's a great space.

The tiny home was perfect for our stay of 3 nights. Great location for arches & Canyonlands, and very close to town for convenience! The fully functioning kitchen is great for cooking after a long day! Hosts were responsive and very helpful! Highly recommend!

If you just need a nice place to stay this is the place for you. Perfect for my husband and I. The loft would be very tight for adults but kids would like it. A short five minute drive to the center of Moab which makes it very convenient to everything you want to do! We would stay here again.

Nous n’avons pas rencontrer Joshua et sa famille mais tout s’est parfaitement déroulé. De délicieux biscuits nous attendaient dans la tiny house. La maison est super fonctionnelle et nous a permis d’être autonome pendant nos 3 jours à Moab. Idéale pour notre famille de 4. Elle est située à l’entrée de la ville mais le centre de la ville est très facilement accessible en voiture. La dispo d’une laverie à l’entrée du groupement nous a également bien aidé. Un séjour au top !
