We had a great stay here. It was very clean and tidy. We felt right at home. Loved that it was close to Zion and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to my friends and family.

Balanced Rock Cabin #05 was absolutely adorable — cozy, well-appointed, and surrounded by beautiful scenery. The location is perfect, close to Arches National Park and great for exploring the area. Everything about the cabin was charming and thoughtfully put together. It’s quiet, peaceful, and just a great spot to unwind.
The only drawback is the small hot water tank, which means shorter showers, but that’s a minor issue compared to how great the stay was overall. I’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing desert getaway.

My wife and I really like the house. we had a full sized stove, refrigerator, first level King bed and bathroom. There is also a king bed and sofa on the upstairs loft.
We would recommend staying here to any coming to Moab.

Amazing stay , we needed a last minute place due to camping conditions not being great in the national park, and here we find this gem! It was a great place to relax and enjoy some AC and peace admit the town. Thank you for a great spot!

Great location. The home has everything you need. We had 2 king size beds, which was great. There were 3 TV’s. They definitely went above and beyond supplying you with all that you need.
With that said…the pillows need to be replaced immediately. It’s like they were washed in a washing machine 100 times, and are torn apart inside. Also, there was not a sign on the laundry room with hours, so I assumed it was always open. When I went to do laundry it was closed for the night. That got me off schedule because I had to do laundry the next morning before I checked out.
All in all though this place was fabulous. I would absolutely stay again.

This was my favorite stay over the past 2 weeks! I fell in love with Moab, and a large piece of that joy was this property. The tiny home is beautiful, well laid out, and extremely clean. The parking could not be more convenient - literally about 2 feet from the house, so if you’re tired after a day of hiking or driving, it’s a piece of cake to get all of your things in the house. And there was a delicious cookie waiting when I entered the property, bonus! This is one of my top stays

Great location to explore Moab. Unfortunately, the place was not clean when we arrived. Joshua returned to clean the hard surfaces, but we found hair and dust throughout. The door connecting the bathroom to the master bedroom does not close properly.

The Edge of the Desert tiny home that we rented was the perfect home base for our trip to Moab. The home itself was exceptionally clean. The location was a bit out of town but very quiet. The bed was super comfortable. My dad was able to rent the home next to ours so we had privacy but also time with family. We’d definitely stay there again if we find ourselves in Moab again.

We enjoyed our stay at the Edge of the Desert! The tiny home was cute and plenty of space for my husband and I. While we didn't cook, the kitchen seemed well stocked and I appreciated the toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash) in the shower. The location is a little past downtown Moab but still very close.

The house was a good fit for the four of us. What stood out for us was the kitchen area. We enjoyed cooking and savouring our food. The market was really close to the area so it was easy to just drop by to buy the necessities. Overall, our home for 4 nights was A- amazing. Will highly recommend.

Check in process very easy, we were given keycode info prior to arrival. The place was very clean and as described. It was only two of us, but there was a second loft bedroom upstairs and we could've made it work with four people easily! We used the kitchen and it was well equipped with basic supplies. The location was very, very convenient and easy to get to the town of Moab for inner, and close enough to Arches to make even sunrise hikes easily accessible. We would stay there again.

Super neat and plenty of space for a tiny home! Seemingly unique among airbnbs, this home has easily accessed cupboards and drawers with plenty of space for our own storage. Full-sized fridge is a huge plus, and we appreciated the checkout time. Very comfortable beds; I wish we could have stayed for a nap! Please note there is an extra external site you’ll need to access and an agreement you must complete before you can be confirmed for your reservation. A great little place in the heart of Moab.

Absolutely loved this tiny home! Had everything we needed (we cooked), loved the privacy, the beds were soooo comfy and the cookies were so yummy! Best cookies I’ve had in a long long time. I also loved the handwritten note, it added to the homey feel of the place. Instructions for check in and check were easy. Such a fantastic stay, we’ll be back in Moab soon, and I would definitely stay here again!
